Cambiando Vidas

Cambiando Vidas (Changing Lives), the motto of HELPS International, an NGO that provides medical, surgical and dental care to Guatemala's rural indigenous population. The mostly volunteer teams make trips to the Guatemalan highlands several times a year. HELPS began in Guatemala in 1984, and currently has operations in Guatemala, Nicaragua, Honduras, El Salvador and Mexico.
